DRC f0e42e297a Build: "libjpeg-turbo" = "${CMAKE_PROJECT_NAME}" ...

It is our convention to use the generic CMake project name rather than
hard-coding "libjpeg-turbo" in error messages and option descriptions,
to facilitate downstream integration.
