BUG: Cannot cast Lua function pointer in standard C

  pointer to function pointer type [-Wpedantic]
      lua_pushcclosure(L, (lua_CFunction) exports[i + 1], 0);
                              ^

This patch uses the POSIX.1-2003 workaround.
