Bartosz Golaszewski f4ee1f36f9 bindings: cxx: fix consumer string in line_info stream operator

The consumer field in operator<< for line_info was using info.name()
instead of info.consumer() when building the quoted consumer string.
As a result any non-empty consumer would be printed as the line name,
not the actual consumer string.
