Bartosz Golaszewski 668a0efe91 dbus: fix the license of gpiodbus.h ...

The libgpiodbus library - which is entirely automatically generated with
gdbus-codegen - was meant to be available under LGPLv2.1 like all the
other shared libraries in this project. Change the SPDX tag in that
file to LGPL-2.1-or-later.
