There are several public members in python bindings that are missing

7fde8a47f5 bindings: python: clean up imports and exports
Remove unused imports and sort the remainder following isort rules.

Update submodules to use lists for `__all__` for ease of re-exporting
public classes from within gpiod.

Place imports used only for the purposes of type checking behind a
TYPE_CHECKING guard.

5f9152b0ca bindings: python: support casting line.Value to bool
Python types default to being truthy when cast to bool, so casting
line.Value to bool always returns True.

Add a line.Value.__bool__() operator to map the line value to bool as
one would intuitively expect, so ACTIVE is True and INACTIVE is False.

4687bcc4f4 bindings: python: specify the symbols to export explicitly
We're currently unintentionally exporting a bunch of symbols that should
remain local to sub-modules. Use __all__ where appropriate so that we
don't re-export standard library functions such as select() etc. in the
gpiod module.

b7ba732e6a treewide: libgpiod v2 implementation
This commit is the result of a squash of all the commits created during
the development of libgpiod v2. This is done to preserve bisectability
of the git tree. It contains significant re-writes of the core C library
as well as C++ and python bindings. The tools have been adjusted to work
with the new API but have not undergone significant changes yet.

This commit contains the bulk of the work on libgpiod v2 but the
development continues with more changes planned.
