628f044904 bindings: python: tests: release the request before removing GPIO sim
One of the test cases doesn't release the request object leading to the
following warning in the kernel log:

REMOVING GPIOCHIP WITH GPIOS STILL REQUESTED

Fix it.

27a69b0bfd bindings: python: add the output_values argument to Chip.request_lines()
Add a new optional argument to Chip.request_lines() called output_values.
It accepts a dictionary of mappings between line names or offsets to the
output values the requested lines should be set to at request-time.

b7ba732e6a treewide: libgpiod v2 implementation
This commit is the result of a squash of all the commits created during
the development of libgpiod v2. This is done to preserve bisectability
of the git tree. It contains significant re-writes of the core C library
as well as C++ and python bindings. The tools have been adjusted to work
with the new API but have not undergone significant changes yet.

This commit contains the bulk of the work on libgpiod v2 but the
development continues with more changes planned.
