Avoid PATH_MAX test on the Hurd. Sync from test-getcwd.c for errno tests after mkdir or chdir failure. * tests/test-getcwd.c (HAVE_OPENAT_SUPPORT): New macro, from lib/getcwd.c. Eric Blake	56d6664559	getcwd: fix test failures on mingw ... The GPL getcwd replacement now kicks in for mingw thanks to the signature check, but does not have to do anything. However, because the code was not taking an early exit for ERANGE when a buffer size was given, it instead tried to second-guess mingw's cwd algorithm, which doesn't work. After fixing that, the tests still failed, even though mingw getcwd doesn't have any problems with long paths (since they can't be created in the first place). * lib/getcwd.c (__getcwd): Early exit for ERANGE. * tests/test-getcwd.c (test_abort_bug, test_long_name): Don't fail test if long directory cannot be created, and allow mingw errno. Move those tests into a new file and strengthen them slightly (such as guaranteeing the ERANGE error for a non-zero but too-small size). Then copy the m4 tests for PATH_MAX failures into the GPL getcwd tests, to prove that our replacement really is fixing the things that cause us to reject the system getcwd as non-robust. * tests/test-getcwd-lgpl.c: New file, taken from... * tests/test-getcwd.c: ...old contents. Eric Blake	e2b8816f04	getcwd: port to mingw ... * m4/getcwd.m4 (gl_FUNC_GETCWD): Mingw directories are very different from the POSIX assumptions made throughout the getcwd module; fortunately, the mingw getcwd does not need replacement.
