74540d44dc include_next: minimize code duplication
I noticed some code duplication while trying to resolve a bug
originally reported by Rhys Ulerich:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnulib/2013-10/msg00049.html

* modules/include_next (Depends-on): Add absolute-header.
* m4/include_next.m4 (gl_NEXT_HEADERS_INTERNAL): Reuse
gl_ABSOLUTE_HEADER_ONE instead of open-coding it.

336406c13c include-next, warnings: support older autoconf
Older autoconf did not know how to peer through quoting of the
m4 macro created by AS_VAR_PUSHDEF; while newer autoconf has
been patched to allow typical autoconf quoting rules to still
apply, compatibility with autoconf 2.59 requires the unquoted
use of the macro name for all uses prior to AS_VAR_POPDEF.

absolute-header.m4 and warn-on-use.m4 already got this right.

* m4/include_next.m4 (gl_NEXT_HEADERS_INTERNAL): Use
AS_VAR_PUSHDEF in a way that works with older autoconf.

3bee7f6209 include_next: do not check for standard headers like stddef.h
I found this problem when modifying Emacs to use gnulib.
I noticed that it added HAVE_STDDEF_H to config.h, even though
gnulib always assumes <stddef.h> exists as per README and this
symbol is unnecessary.
* m4/include_next.m4 (gl_NEXT_HEADERS): New macro, which does not
use AC_CHECK_HEADERS_ONCE, but which otherwise contains what
gl_CHECK_NEXT_HEADERS used to contain. This makes 'configure' run
faster for headers like stddef.h that are known to exist.
(gl_CHECK_NEXT_HEADERS): Use it.
* m4/float_h.m4 (gl_FLOAT_H): For float.h, use gl_NEXT_HEADERS
rather than gl_CHECK_NEXT_HEADERS.

6f6b9b8057 include_next: silence autoconf 2.68 warning
Next warning spotted by Autoconf; this time it is spurious (when
checking for a working include_next, we could care less what other
defines have already been provided by AC_DEFINE). Which makes this
the first real-world use case outside of autoconf guts that can
reasonably use the new autoconf macro.

* m4/include_next.m4 (gl_INCLUDE_NEXT): Mark this use of
AC_COMPILE_IFELSE as special.
(AC_LANG_DEFINES_PROVIDED): Provide dummy implementation for
autoconf < 2.68.
