* lib/unused-parameter.h: Rename from
build-aux/snippet/unused-parameter.h.
* lib/warn-on-use.h: Rename from build-aux/snippet/warn-on-use.h.

c907efdb07 snippet/c++defs: fix real-floating arg functions in C++ mode 
Also, define isfinite, isinf, isnan, signbit in the gnulib
namespace instead of in the global namespace.
* build-aux/snippet/c++defs.h (_GL_BEGIN_NAMESPACE)
(_GL_END_NAMESPACE): New.
* lib/math.in.h (_GL_MATH_CXX_REAL_FLOATING_DECL_2): Use them.
(isfinite, isinf, isnan, signbit) [__cplusplus &&
GNULIB_NAMESPACE]: Define them in the GNULIB_NAMESPACE namespace
instead of in the global namespace.
* tests/test-math-c++.cc: Check that the isfinite, isinf, isnan,
signbit overloads exist in the GNULIB_NAMESPACE namespace, instead
of in the global namespace.

2170abddc5 _Noreturn: future-proof non-GNU and non-MSVC compilers 
* build-aux/snippet/_Noreturn.h (_Noreturn):
* m4/gnulib-common.m4 (gl_COMMON_BODY):
Do not define _Noreturn if __STDC_VERSION__ indicates this is
C11 or later.  This is more likely to work with random future C
compilers that are neither GNUish nor MSVCish.  See Vincent Lefevre in
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnulib/2012-04/msg00195.html>.
