(gl_MATH_H_REQUIRE_DEFAULTS): Initialize GNULIB_GETPAYLOAD.
(gl_MATH_H_DEFAULTS): Initialize HAVE_GETPAYLOAD, REPLACE_GETPAYLOAD.
* modules/math (Makefile.am): Substitute GNULIB_GETPAYLOAD,
