vasnwprintf-gnu: Add tests.
* tests/test-vasnwprintf-gnu.c: New file, based on tests/test-vasnwprintf-posix.c and tests/test-vasnprintf-gnu.c. * modules/vasnwprintf-gnu-tests: New file, based on modules/vasnwprintf-posix-tests.
