	-DSTATIC_GCONV.
	* iconv/skeleton.c: Include ELF header only of STATIC?GCONV is not
	defined.  Avoid using DL_CLL_FCT if it is not defined.

	* resolv/arpa/nameser.h: Include sys/types.h unconditionally.
