Florian Weimer b7863c732e nptl: Move mtx_lock into libc 
The symbol was moved using scripts/move-symbol-to-libc.py.

__pthread_mutex_lock@GLIBC_2.34 is not removed in this commit
because it is still used from nptl/nptl-init.c.
