Joseph Myers 59a6d5e947 Add AArch64 HWCAP2 values from Linux 6.2 to bits/hwcap.h 
Linux 6.2 adds three new AArch64 HWCAP2 values; add them to glibc's
AArch64 bits/hwcap.h.

Tested with build-many-glibcs.py for aarch64-linux-gnu.
