Follow 'scanf' itself and use the system header inclusion variant for the data-type-specific skeleton consistently across the remaining scanf family functions so that any sysdeps/ variant takes precedence even in the presence of a corresponding skeleton in stdio-common/ (though we have no such arrangement at the moment).
