	format string.

	* nscd/hstcache.c (addhstbyname): Add cast to avoid warning.
	* nscd/connections.c (handle_request): Likewise.
	* nscd/pwdcache.c (addpwbyname): Likewise.
	* nscd/grpcache.c (addgrbyname): Likewise.

	* nscd/nscd_conf.c (nscd_parse_file): Remove extra argument.
