Update string tests to use the support test driver.
...
Replaced all imports of test-skeleton.c with support/test-driver.c.
In some cases it was needed to adjust do_test to return int
instead of static int since that is the method's signature expected by
test-driver.c.
Checked on x86_64.
* string/test-string.h (TEST_FUNCTION): Use test_main instead of
test_main ().
(CMDLINE_PROCESS): Use function instead of defined macro.
* debug/test-strcpy_chk.c: Import support/test-driver.c and also
<suppport/support.h> to use set_fortify_handler().
* string/bug-envz1.c: Import support/test-driver.c instead of
test-skeleton.c.
* string/bug-strcoll2.c: Likewise.

Fix x86 strncat optimized implementation for large sizes

Similar to BZ#19387, BZ#21014, and BZ#20971, both x86 sse2 strncat
optimized assembly implementations do not handle the size overflow
correctly.
The x86_64 one is in fact an issue with strcpy-sse2-unaligned, but
that is triggered also with strncat optimized implementation.
This patch uses a similar strategy used on 3daef2c8ee#19390 .

* string/test-strncat.c (test_main): Add tests with SIZE_MAX as
maximum string size.
* sysdeps/i386/i686/multiarch/strcat-sse2.S (STRCAT): Avoid overflow
in pointer addition.
* sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strcpy-sse2-unaligned.S (STRCPY):
Likewise.

This patch provides optimized versions of strncat and wcsncat with the z13
vector instructions.
