Update sysvipc kernel-features.h files for Linux 5.1
Linux 5.1 adds missing SySV IPC syscalls to the syscall table for
remanining one that still uses the ipc syscall on glibc (m68k, mips-o32,
powerpc, s390, sh, and sparc32). However the newly added direct ipc
syscall are different than the old ones:
1. They do not expect IPC_64, meaning __IPC_64 should be set to zero
when new syscalls are used. And new syscalls can not be used
for compat functions like __old_semctl (to emulated old sysvipc it
requires to use the old __NR_ipc syscall without __IPC_64).
Thus IPC_64 is redefined for newer kernels on affected ABIs.
2. semtimedop and semop does not exist on 32-bit ABIs (only
semtimedop_time64 is supplied). The provided syscall wrappers only
uses the wire-up syscall if __NR_semtimedop and __NR_semop are
also defined.
Checked on x86_64-linux-gnu and i686-linux-gnu on both a 4.15 kernel
configure with default options and sysvipc tests on a 5.3.0 kernel with
--enable-kernel=5.1.

ipc: Refactor sysvipc internal definitions
This patch refactor the internal sysvipc in two main points:
1. Add a new __ASSUME_SYSVIPC_DEFAULT_IPC_64 to infer the __IPC_64
value to be used along either the multiplexed __NR_ipc or wired-up
syscall. The defaut value assumed for __IPC_64 is also changed
from 0x100 to 0x0, aligning with Linux generic UAPI. The idea
is to simplify the Linux 5.1 wire-up for sysvipc syscalls for
some 32-bit ABIs (which expectes __IPC_64 being 0x0) and simplify
new ports (which will no longer need to add ipc_priv.h).
2. It also removes some duplicated internal definition used on compat
sysvipc symbols defined at ipc_priv.h (more specifically the
__old_ipc_perm, SEMCTL_ARG_ADDRESS, MSGRCV_ARGS, and
SEMTIMEDOP_IPC_ARGS). The idea is also to make it simpler to enable
the new wire-up sysvipc syscall provided by Linux v5.1.
There is no semantic change expected on any port. Checked with a build
against all affected ABIs.

Remove __ASSUME_SOCKETCALL.
The __ASSUME_SOCKETCALL macro in kernel-features.h is no longer used for anything. (It used to be used in defining other macros related to accept4 / recvmmsg / sendmmsg availability, but the code in that area was simplified once we could assume a kernel with those features, whether through a syscall or through socketcall, so allowing those functions to be handled much like other socket operations, without requring __ASSUME_SOCKETCALL.) This patch removes that unused macro. (Note: once we can assume a Linux 4.4 or later kernel, much of the support for using socketcall at all can be removed from glibc, although a few functions may need that support in glibc for longer.) Refactor Linux ARCH_FORK implementation
This patch refactors the ARCH_FORK macro and the required architecture specific header to simplify the required architecture definitions to provide the fork syscall semantic and proper document current Linux clone ABI variant. Instead of require the reimplementation of arch-fork.h header, this patch changes the ARCH_FORK to an inline function with clone ABI defined by kernel-features.h define. The generic kernel ABI meant for newer ports is used as default and redefine if the architecture requires. Checked on x86_64-linux-gnu and i686-linux-gnu. Simplify accept4, recvmmsg, sendmmsg code.
The accept4, recvmmsg and sendmmsg functions had macros __ASSUME_*_SYSCALL_WITH_SOCKETCALL. Before we could assume kernels with the relevant functionality, these macros represented the conditions under which, on a socketcall architecture, glibc could just call the syscall unconditionally and not have to deal with socketcall at all for those functions, because if the syscall didn't work for them the socketcall call wouldn't either. Now we can assume kernels with the relevant functionality, the only question is whether we can assume the syscall is present; if not, we are on a socketcall architecture and just use socketcall instead. Thus, this patch removes the macros that are no longer necessary, and simplifies the code for accept4, recvmmsg and sendmmsg to use the same logic as the other C implementations of socket functions that may use a syscall or socketcall depending on kernel support. Consolidate Linux send implementation
This patch consolidates the send Linux syscall implementation on
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/send{to}.c. The changes are:
1. Remove send from auto-generation syscalls.list on the architecture
that uses __NR_send.
2. Define __NR_send for architectures that supports it. It was done instead
of defining in default kernel-features.h because current Linux practice
for new ports are to implement only __NR_sendto [1] and it will
require adding new kernel-features for ports that do not require it
(aarch64 for instance).
3. Remove __ASSUME_SENDTO_FOR_SEND_SYSCALL and decide to use
__NR_sendto for send generation based on __ASSUME_SENDTO_SYSCALL.
Checked on i686-linux-gnu, x86_64-linux-gnu, x86_64-linux-gnux32,

Consolidate Linux accept implementation
This patch consolidates the accept Linux syscall implementation on
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/accept.c. The changes are:
1. Remove accept from auto-generation syscalls.list on the architecture
that uses __NR_accept.

Add __ASSUME_DIRECT_SYSVIPC_SYSCALL for Linux
On current minimum supported kernels, the SysV IPC on Linux is provided
by either the ipc syscalls or correspondent wire syscalls. Also, for
architectures that supports wire syscalls all syscalls are supported
in a set (msgct, msgrcv, msgsnd, msgget, semctl, semget, semop, semtimedop,
shmctl, shmat, shmget, shmdt).
The architectures that only supports ipc syscall are:
- i386, m68k, microblaze, mips32, powerpc (powerpc32, powerpc64, and
powerpc64le), s390 (32 and 64 bits), sh, sparc32, and sparc64.
And the architectures that only supports wired syscalls are:
- aarch64, alpha, hppa, ia64, mips64, mips64n32, nios2, tile
(tilepro, tilegx, and tilegx64), and x86_64
Also arm is the only one that supports both wire syscalls and the
ipc, although the ipc one is deprecated.
This patch adds a new define, __ASSUME_DIRECT_SYSVIPC_SYSCALL, that wired
syscalls are supported on the system and the general idea is to use
it where possible.
I also checked the syscall table for all architectures on Linux 4.9
and there is no change on described support for Linux 2.6.32/3.2.

Adjust kernel-features.h defaults for socket syscalls.
This patch adjusts the defaults for kernel-features.h macros relating to availability of accept4, recvmmsg and sendmmsg. It is not intended to affect which macros end up getting defined in any configuration. At present, all architectures with syscalls for those functions need to define __ASSUME_*_SYSCALL macros; in particular, any new architecture needs its own kernel-features.h file for that purpose, though it may not otherwise need such a header. Those macros are then used together with __ASSUME_SOCKETCALL to define macros for whether the functions in question are available. This patch changes the defaults so that the syscalls are assumed to be available by default with recent-enough kernels, and it is the responsibility of architecture headers to undefine the macros if they are unavailable in supported kernels at least as recent as the version where the architecture-independent functionality was introduced. The __ASSUME_<function> macros are defaulted similarly instead of being defined based on other macros (defining based on other macros would no longer work because the #undefs appear after the generic header is included), so where the syscall being unavailable means the function is unavailable this means the architecture header has to undefine the __ASSUME_<function> macro; this only affects __ASSUME_ACCEPT4 for ia64, as other cases where the syscalls were added late enough to be relevant with current kernel version requirements are all on socketcall architectures. As a consequence, the AArch64 and Nios II kernel-features.h header files are removed, and others simplified. When the minimum kernel version becomes 4.3 or later on all architectures, the syscalls in question can just be assumed unconditionally, permitting further simplification. Use direct socket syscalls for new kernels on i386, m68k, microblaze, sh.
Now that we have __ASSUME_* macros for direct socket syscalls to use them instead of socketcall when they can be assumed to be available on socketcall architectures, this patch defines those macros when appropriate for i386, m68k, microblaze and sh (for 4.3, 4.3, all supported kernels and 2.6.37, respectively; the only use of socketcall support on microblaze is it allows accept4 and sendmmsg to be supported on a wider range of kernel versions). David, it seems that 32-bit SPARC is the only architecture supported by glibc that still lacks these direct syscalls. It would be good to get them added to the SPARC kernel so we can eventually eliminate socketcall support in glibc (and thereby just use entries in sysdeps/unix/syscalls.list for most of these functions) when we can assume new-enough kernels. [PATCH 2/6] Split i386 out of main Linux kernel-features.h.
This patch splits i386 out of the main Linux kernel-features.h.
