581c785bf3 Update copyright dates with scripts/update-copyrights 
I used these shell commands:

../glibc/scripts/update-copyrights $PWD/../gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright
(cd ../glibc && git commit -am"[this commit message]")

and then ignored the output, which consisted lines saying "FOO: warning:
copyright statement not found" for each of 7061 files FOO.

I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h,
support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and
sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following
obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah.  I don't
know why I run into these diagnostics whereas others evidently do not.

I used these shell commands:

I then removed trailing white space from benchtests/bench-pthread-locks.c
and iconvdata/tst-iconv-big5-hkscs-to-2ucs4.c, to work around this
diagnostic from Savannah:

17cc27d5b7 nptl: Remove tst-cancel-wrappers test and related macros 
With upcoming BZ#12683 fix, syscall cancellation is not more handled
by {libc,pthread,librt}_{enable,disable}_asynccancel symbols.  This renders
both LIBC_CANCEL_HANDLED and empty declaration and tst-cancel-wrappers.sh
unrequired.  This patch removes both the macro and the nptl test.

Checked on x86_64-linux-gnu.

08d6eb46ca Consolidate non cancellable pause call 
This patch consolidates all the non cancellable pause calls to use
the __pause_nocancel identifier.  For non cancellable targets it will
be just a macro to call the default respective symbol while on Linux
will be a internal one.

Checked on x86_64-linux-gnu, x86_64-linux-gnu-x32, and i686-linux-gnu.

	* nptl/pthread_mutex_lock.c (__pthread_mutex_lock_full): Replace
	pause_not_cancel with __pause_nocancel.
	* sysdeps/generic/not-cancel.h (pause_not_cancel): Remove macro.
	(__pause_nocancel): New macro.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/not-cancel.h (pause_not_cancel): Remove
	macro.
	(__pause_nocancel): New prototype.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/pause.c (__pause_nocancel): New function.
