b163fca6c3 Add PTRACE_SET_SYSCALL_USER_DISPATCH_CONFIG etc. from Linux 6.4 to sys/ptrace.h
Linux 6.4 adds new constants PTRACE_SET_SYSCALL_USER_DISPATCH_CONFIG
and PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_USER_DISPATCH_CONFIG. Add those to all
relevant sys/ptrace.h headers, along with adding the associated
argument structure to bits/ptrace-shared.h (named struct
__ptrace_sud_config there following the usual convention for such
structures).

Tested for x86_64 and with build-many-glibcs.py.

581c785bf3 Update copyright dates with scripts/update-copyrights
I used these shell commands:

../glibc/scripts/update-copyrights $PWD/../gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright
(cd ../glibc && git commit -am"[this commit message]")

and then ignored the output, which consisted lines saying "FOO: warning:
copyright statement not found" for each of 7061 files FOO.

I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h,
support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and
sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following
obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah. I don't
know why I run into these diagnostics whereas others evidently do not.

remote: *** 912-#endif
remote: *** 913:
remote: *** 914-
remote: *** error: lines with trailing whitespace found

98149b16d6 Add PTRACE_GET_RSEQ_CONFIGURATION from Linux 5.13 to sys/ptrace.h
Linux 5.13 adds a PTRACE_GET_RSEQ_CONFIGURATION constant, with an
associated ptrace_rseq_configuration structure.

Add this constant to the various sys/ptrace.h headers in glibc, with
the structure in bits/ptrace-shared.h (named struct
__ptrace_rseq_configuration in glibc, as with other such structures).

Tested for x86_64, and with build-many-glibcs.py.

0ff786226c Add more ptrace constants for AArch64 and PowerPC.
Linux 5.10 adds PTRACE_PEEKMTETAGS and PTRACE_POKEMTETAGS for AArch64.
Adding those shows up that glibc is also missing PTRACE_SYSEMU and
PTRACE_SYSEMU_SINGLESTEP, for AArch64 (where they were added to Linux
in 5.3) and for PowerPC (where they were added in Linux 4.20); it
already has those two defines for x86. Add all those defines to
glibc's headers.

Tested with build-many-glibcs.py for aarch64-linux-gnu and
powerpc-linux-gnu.

d1e411e5c7 Add PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_INFO from Linux 5.3 to sys/ptrace.h.
Linux 5.3 adds a PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_INFO constant, with an associated
structure and PTRACE_SYSCALL_INFO_* constants.

This patch adds these to sys/ptrace.h in glibc
(PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_INFO in each architecture version, the rest in
bits/ptrace-shared.h). As with previous such constants and associated
structures, the glibc version of the structure is named struct
__ptrace_syscall_info.

Tested for x86_64, and with build-many-glibcs.py.

5a82c74822 Prefer https to http for gnu.org and fsf.org URLs
Also, change sources.redhat.com to sourceware.org.
This patch was automatically generated by running the following shell
script, which uses GNU sed, and which avoids modifying files imported
from upstream:

sed -ri '

  s,(http|ftp)(://(.*\.)?)sources\.redhat\.com($|[^.]|\.[^a-z]),https\2sourceware.org\4,g

      ! '(' -name preconfigure \
            -execdir test -f preconfigure.ac ';' ')' \
      -print)

and then by running 'make dist-prepare' to regenerate files built
from the altered files, and then executing the following to cleanup:

  chmod a+x sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/riscv/configure

60e2846e26 sys/ptrace.h: remove obsolete Linux PTRACE_SEIZE_DEVEL constant [BZ #21928]
Remove enum __ptrace_flags along with the only constant it contains,
PTRACE_SEIZE_DEVEL, from Linux's sys/ptrace.h files.

This temporary development constant shouldn't have been added to
sys/ptrace.h in the first place. It was introduced in Linux by commit
v3.1-rc1~308^2~28 as a temporary part of new experimental PTRACE_SEIZE
interface. Later, as PTRACE_SEIZE stabilized and lost its experimental
status, this flag was removed from Linux by commit v3.4-rc1~109^2~20.

3f67d1a702 Add Linux PTRACE_EVENT_STOP
Add PTRACE_EVENT_STOP value to Linux's sys/ptrace.h, modify related
comments accordingly.

This constant initially appeared in Linux 3.1 (kernel commit 3544d72a,
"ptrace: implement PTRACE_SEIZE") but its value has changed later
in Linux 3.4 (kernel commit 5cdf389a, "ptrace: renumber
PTRACE_EVENT_STOP so that future new options and events can match").

The comment is also taken from the above commit.

This constant is used by e.g. strace, CRIU, Mozilla RR.

fb53a27c57 Add new header definitions from Linux 4.4 (plus older ptrace definitions).
This patch adds some new header definitions from Linux 4.4:

* MCL_ONFAULT is added to bits/mman.h / bits/mman-linux.h (this was
  already done for hppa).

* PTRACE_SECCOMP_GET_FILTER is added to sys/ptrace.h. Along with it,
the older PTRACE_GETSIGMASK and PTRACE_SETSIGMASK, added in Linux
3.11 but missed at the time, are also added.

Tested for x86_64 and x86 (testsuite, and that installed stripped
shared libraries are unchanged by the patch).

75eff3fe90 Relocate AArch64 from ports to libc.
This patch moves the AArch64 port to the main sysdeps hierarchy. The
move is essentially:

  git mv ports/sysdeps/aarch64 sysdeps/aarch64
  git mv ports/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/aarch64 sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/aarch64

The README is updated and I've updated ChangeLog.aarch64 along the
lines of the ARM move. The AArch64 build has been tested to confirm
that there were no changes in objdump -dr output or the shared
objects.
