	* iconv/skeleton.c: Likewise, here for DL_CALL_FCT.
	* malloc/mtrace.c: Include ldsodefs.h, not elf/ldsodefs.h.
	* nss/nsswitch.c: Likewise.
	* nss/nsswitch.h: Likewise.
