	* crypt/Makefile (LDLIBS-cert): Removed.
	(LDLIBS-md5c-test): Removed.
	($(objpfx)cert): Renamed from cert.out to fix dependencies.
	($(objpfx)md5c-test): Likewise for md5c-test.out.
