Moved alpha to ports repository.

	sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/alpha, sysdeps/unix/alpha,
	sysdeps/mach/alpha, sysdeps/mach/hurd/alpha:
	Subdirectories moved to ports repository.
	* configure.in (base_machine): Remove alpha case.
