	* sunrpc/Makefile (CFLAGS-auth_unix.c): Add -fexceptions.
	(CFLAGS-key_call.c): Likewise.
	(CFLAGS-pmap_rmt.c): Likewise.
	* sunrpc/rpc/auth.h: Remove serveral __THROW.

	(CFLAGS-rcmd.c): Likewise.
