Merge Linux 3.5 ptrace changes
(__ptrace_eventcodes): Add new value PTRACE_EVENT_SECCOMP from Linux 3.5. (__ptrace_setoptions): Add new value PTRACE_O_TRACESECCOMP, adjust PTRACE_O_MASK.
