Move bits/types.h into posix/bits.

Browse Source 
bits/types.h has no sysdeps variants, so it should be in the
subdirectory that installs it (namely, posix).

	* bits/types.h: Move to posix/bits.
	* include/bits/types.h: New wrapper.
