	* elf/dl-load.c: Don't declare __libc_stack_end.
	* sysdeps/generic/libc-start.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/dl-execstack.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/generic/segfault.c: Likewise.  Include ldsodefs.h.
	* sysdeps/generic/backtrace.c: Likewise.
