Linux: add ST_NOSYMFOLLOW

Linux v5.10 added a mount option MS_NOSYMFOLLOW, which was added to
glibc in commit 0ca21427d9.

Add the corresponding statfs/statvfs flag bit, ST_NOSYMFOLLOW.
