	* stdlib/longlong.h (add_ssaaaa, sub_ddmmss, umul_ppmm):
	Optimized sparc64 routines.

	* stdio-common/vfprintf.c (vfprintf): Don't handle long numbers if
	they are the same as ints.
	* stdio-common/vfscanf.c (_IO_vfscanf): Likewise.
