* math/w_fmod.c: Also handle x=±Inf as error.

* math/w_fmodf.c: Likewise.
	* math/w_fmodl.c: Likewise.
	* math/libm-test.inc (fmod_test): Add tests for errno after calls for
	x=±Inf or y=0.
