* posix/getopt.h (getopt_long, getopt_long_only, _getopt_internal):
        Rename __argc to ___argc in prototypes to avoid compatibility
        problems with systems that reserve the identifier "__argc".
        Similarly for __argv.

	* mach/Makefile (tests): Removed.
