(__backtrace): Use ADVANCE_STACK_FRAME. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/sigcontextinfo.h (ADVANCE_STACK_FRAME): New macro. (GET_FRAME): Apply above to returned value. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/bits/armsigctx.h: Add `fault_address'.
