linux: Consolidate statvfs implementations
There is no need to handle ENOSYS on fstatfs64 call, required only for alpha (where is already fallbacks to fstatfs). Checked on x86_64-linux-gnu. Reviewed-by: Carlos O'Donell <carlos@redhat.com>
