	* Makeconfig (+gccwarn): Removed -Wconversion.

	* csu/initfini.c (GLOBAL): Macro removed.
	(_init, _fini): Always define globally.
	* csu/Makefile (crtstuff, initfini): Don't make crt[in]_s.o.
