* Makefile ($(objpfx)multidir.mk): New target, generated makefile that
	sets variable `multidir'; include that.
	(generated): Add it.
	($(objpfx)$(multidir)/crti.o): New target.
	[$(multidir) != .] (generated-dirs, extra-objs, omit-deps): Add it.
