stdio-common: Move union printf_arg int <printf.h>
The type does not depend on wide vs narrow preprocessor macros, so it does not need to be customized in stdio-common/printf-parse.h. Reviewed-by: Adhemerval Zanella <adhemerval.zanella@linaro.org>
