* manager.c (__pthread_manager): Add noreturn
	attribute.
	(pthread_start_thread): Likewise, remove return statement.
	(pthread_start_thread_event): Likewise.
	Add noreturn attribute for pthread_handle_exit.
	* weaks.c: Add noreturn attribute for pthread_exit.
