	* posix/Makefile (headers): Add bits/pthreadtypes.h.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile (sysdep_heaers): Don't add it here.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Dist: Remove it from the list.
