	* intl/tst-gettext2.sh: Copy locale data.  Adjust LOCPATH.  Verify

	failed.  Use gettext() not _().

	* locale/setlocale.c: Increment _nl_msg_cat_cntr whenever we
	successfully loaded a new locale.
