	* conform/conformtest.pl (@headers): Add string.h and strings.h.
	* conform/data/string.h-data: New file.
	* conform/data/strings.h-data: New file.

	* string/string.h [__USE_XOPEN]: Don't declare functions from
	<strings.h> here as well.
