FT_ABS() can overflow for INT_MIN and LONG_MIN, reported as
  https://issues.chromium.org/issues/563962723

We introduce and use ULABS() nd UABS() to avoid that.

* include/freetype/internal/ftcalc.h: Add ULABS and UABS.
* src/base/ftcalc.c (FT_Matrix_Check, ft_corner_orientation): Updated.
