Behdad Esfahbod 26dcd12ab5 [base] Preserve off-curve cubic pairs when reversing outlines. ...

* src/base/ftoutln.c (FT_Outline_Reverse): Keeping the first point fixed
  changes cubic control-point pairing when that point is off-curve.  Reverse
  the entire contour in that case, while preserving the existing order for
  on-curve and conic starts.

* tests/outline-reverse/main.c: New regression test to cover off-curve
  starts, all-off contours, implied endpoints, and the cubic flag on
  on-curve points.  Check reversed segments, bounding boxes, and a second
  reversal.  All three Meson tests pass.

* tests/meson.build: Updated.
