tests: change `...' to '...' on lines not matching /[=\$]/
Exempt lines with '$' or '=', since those are prone to improper conversion. Run this: git grep -l "\`[^']*'" tests \ |xargs perl -pi -e '/[=\$]/ and next;s/\`([^'\''"]*?'\'')/'\''$1/g'
