New command line switch to list available video modes detected as

f86fd3fd19 Add --phantom-typist-mode option. 
This can be used to override the automatically selected keyboard
sequence, most likely if somebody has changed the 48K ROM for one with
keystroke entry.

0427ec4a56 Document Multiface page/unpage debugger events and red button 
Multiface stealth option is only used for Multiface One like a
physical switch. Multiface 128/3 use a software stealth mode.

92a6455a31 Document --multiface{1,128,3} options and other fixes: 
- Remove --multiface-type option.
- Rename "Romantic Robot's Multiface" to "Romantic Robot Multiface"
  (thanks, Stuart).
- Fix order of Multiface ROMs description (thanks, Stuart).
- Add comma after 48K machine (thanks, Stuart).
- Replace double quotes with single quotes in Stealth Multiface
