From the UI perspective, we simply replace the username with text
indicating it is invalid.
For the worker, we already raise an exception and mark the mirroring
as invalid, so add a `logger.exception` so we have additional debug
information.

Instead of raising an unhandled exception, we now check for the repository during the create process. If it was created since we last checked, we simply use the reference. Otherwise, we return an error to the user.

This change replaces the metricqueue library with a native Prometheus
client implementation with the intention to aggregated results with the
Prometheus PushGateway.
This change also adds instrumentation for greenlet context switches.
