Adds a nightly UI e2e test verifying that a registry endpoint using a self-signed certificate can be pinged successfully with 'Verify Remote Cert' enabled, as long as a matching per-endpoint CA certificate is supplied — and that it fails when the CA certificate doesn't match. Verified locally end-to-end against a real Harbor instance using the harbor-e2e-engine test container.
