Youngju KIM 1e21dd147a Stamp version info into the bundled Trivy adapter binary (#24164 )

The adapter is built without -ldflags, so its startup log and
/api/v1/metadata report version "dev", commit "none" and build date
"unknown". Pass the version, commit and date the same way the
upstream release build does.
