193e2b1613 Major rework, changes include: 
- Use new iso from boot2docker/boot2docker#747
- Make ssh keys persistent across reboots
- Create a tar bundle of ssh keys just like Virtualbox
- Seed ssh keys using VMware Tools
- Added informative messages on stop/start/restart/remove
- Stop command is now gracefully shutting down the VM
- Fixed StopDocker() script
- Added a "not supported" message to upgrade operation

3442f8e063 Moved VMX options around, major changes: 
- Moved to a paravirtualized driver for disk (pvscsi)

08b0ddbd14 refactor score to weightedNode structure 
In many different scheduling strategies, a node is typically given
a certain weight based upon its values that are important to the
overall strategy. Exposing a weightedNode structure as well as a
new weightedNodeList type allows one to operate upon a set of nodes for
sorting purposes by assigning weights to each node and calling
sort.Sort() on a weightedNodeList.

12bed9eafc Provision OpenStack instances with Docker 
Since 54f36078, Machine doesn't check anymore if Docker is installed
in the created instances, which breaks the compatibility between
v0.1.0-rc5 and v0.1.0 when using Machine with some cloud providers
like RunAbove.com.

c1b7792186 integ-cli: fix TestCommitChange for pulled busybox 
If the tests are running outside a container (i.e.
executed without `make test`), we are using a `busybox`
pulled from Docker Hub (not jpatezzo's docker-busybox).

That one adds an extra
`PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin`
env var all the time and that messes the test `TestCommitChange`.
That's currently breaking the windows CI.

I'm keeping the same PATH here but making it explicit
so that it's always set and we verify what we set. It's actually the same
thing if I set `ENV PATH foo` here but I thought it may lead to some
problems hard to debug in the future.
