`docker desktop kubernetes status` and `docker desktop kubernetes
reset-cluster` are implemented in desktop-cli but had no reference page:
`data/cli/desktop` was missing their YAML, which is what the reference
pages are generated from. Adds both files and lists them in the parent
command's `cname`/`clink` (also fixes `clink` pointing at a nonexistent
`docker_desktop_engine_images.yaml`).

Desktop 4.80.0. This PR:
- Deletes `content/manuals/ai/sandboxes/docker-desktop.md`
- Deletes all 21 CLI reference YAML files under `data/cli/sandbox/`
- Updates `content/manuals/retired.md` to say the feature was removed
(not just deprecated), with a pointer to `sbx`
- Updates `content/manuals/ai-overview.md` to show `sbx` as the CLI
command instead of `docker sandbox`
