Docker Desktop no longer writes separate dockerd.log and containerd.log
files. All VM service logs are multiplexed into a single init.log file.
The init.log file uses JSON-formatted lines with a "component" field,
not the old "<timestamp> <component> <message>" format.

Clarify that HTTPS_PROXY specifies the proxy for HTTPS requests, not
that the proxy itself uses HTTPS. Change example URLs from
https://proxy.example.com:3129 to http://proxy.example.com:3128 since
most proxies accept HTTP connections and use CONNECT tunneling for
HTTPS traffic. Also fix "non-HTTPS and a HTTPs proxy" casing.

The "Create an IPv6 network" and "Use IPv6 for the default bridge
network" sections used RFC 3849 documentation-reserved addresses
(2001:db8::/64) without warning, causing users to copy unusable
config. Added notes matching the existing style in "Dynamic IPv6
subnet allocation", warning about the reserved range and suggesting
ULA subnets from fd00::/8 as a replacement.

## Description
Docker Desktop does not respect proxy configuration through config.json
(cli) or daemon.json (dameon). Proxy config for DD is only supported
through the settings menu or via settings management.
